A warm welcome...

I've been a Consultant for many years, firstly in Essex, now in west Wales for the past 7 years. Thanks to a work colleague, who told me about Slimming World back in the '90s, I joined my first group. I was amazed just how much food you could eat and still lose weight! You won't find the word ‘noʼ anywhere in this great healthy eating plan. So what have you got to lose? Pop along to my group in Clydach, on Wednesdays at 5.30pm.
