I joined Slimming World to lose weight for my wedding after struggling with my weight since being a teenager. I walked down the aisle a size 12 (previously an 18) and have maintained a 4 stone weight loss for 13 years. With my experience and Slimming World's award-winning Food Optimising plan you can feel as good as I did on my wedding day - slimmer, happier and full of confidence.
