I joined Slimming World the first time when I lived in Germany. Once we returned to England, I knew that walking through the doors would be hard as I lived in a new place and didn’t know anyone, but I also knew that I’d receive a warm welcome and I was not disappointed! I’ve now lost over 3 stone and I feel fantastic! Food Optimising is so easy and the power of Free Foods means that I’m never hungry. I love cooking curry and Slimming World chips! I also love the Slimming World meals - so quick and easy. Slimming World has helped me regain my health and confidence.
