My slimming journey hasn't always been easy – I felt like I’d tried every diet going and didn't believe that I could ever lose weight. Then I found my local Slimming World group. I lost 5st 8lbs since joining and got to target. During the pandemic I struggled like most others and gained some of my weight back, which I am now losing.
