Before Slimming World I was so unhappy and I hated how I felt in my clothes, squeezing into them as I refused to buy the next size up. The day I joined I was a bag of nerves but I left buzzing knowing I'd made the very best decision. I love that I've lost 5 stones still enjoying our family favourites like fish and chips, burgers, pizzas. We eat out, enjoy day trips and live life to the full. My groups are full of inspiring members including Hannah and Sheila who recently appeared in the Sunderland Echo for their fantastic journeys, Sheila was also chosen to appear in the Slimming World magazines special 50th year edition.
