I joined Slimming World to have a healthier lifestyle. I still enjoy all my favourite foods, some that are Free Foods like rice and pasta in unlimited amounts. I also enjoy my favourite treats still, like chocolate and sweets. My Group has so many inspirational members who have had some amazing loses. My Group is always very welcoming, and everyone has a smile on their faces. This instantly makes our new members feel at ease and part of our Slimming World family.
