I joined Slimming World as a member 29 years ago after I saw a photo of myself at my son's 1st birthday party. I was so embarrassed and ashamed. My cousin recommended Slimming World and from the moment I walked through the door I knew I'd found my people! I've lost over 7 stones and still follow the plan as a member. With 28 years’ experience as a Consultant, I still think the Slimming World plan is the healthiest most generous way to lose weight. My groups are full of welcoming people who are there to support you on your journey and I'll be right beside them cheering you on every step of the way.
