Hi, I’m Maria, and my journey with Slimming World began during one of the most difficult times in my life. After losing my identical twin sister, I turned to food for comfort and gained over 3 stone. In June last year, I weighed 13st 0.5lbs and felt unhappy and lost in myself. Joining Slimming World changed my life. With support, encouragement and no judgement, I’ve reached 9st 10.5lbs and regained my confidence and happiness. Becoming a Consultant means so much to me because I want to help others feel supported, valued and believe that lasting change is possible.
