Hi, I’m Lynsey, a proud Slimming World Consultant who is passionate about helping others feel their happiest, healthiest selves. After struggling with my relationship with food, picking up unhealthy habits and gaining a lot of weight during lockdown, I joined Slimming World and it completely changed my mindset. I learned to be kinder to myself, make better choices, create healthy, positive habits for the whole family, all while still enjoying the foods I love without ever feeling deprived. At my group, you’ll find a warm welcome, real understanding, and support every step of the way, no judgement, just encouragement.
