The Slimming World plan is great for vegetarians, as we have meat replacements including plain Quorn, seitan, soya and tofu on the Free Food list (which means no weighing, measuring or counting). Add eggs, beans, peas and lentils, pasta, potatoes, rice and a rainbow of fruit and veg, and you’ve got a fantastic variety of healthy vegetarian recipes to choose from.
If we’ve sparked your appetite for more healthy vegetarian recipes, Slimming World members have access to more than 2,300 recipes on the Slimming World website and app – including more than 1,000 vegetarian recipes – and there’s always plenty of idea-swapping in Slimming World groups and the Slimming World Online Community, too.
