ready in 55 mins
What you need:
8 Slimming World sausages (or other low-fat sausages and count the Syns)
1 cal cooking spray
2 onions, sliced
100g frozen peas
200ml gravy (made using Bisto, which is 1 Syn per 100ml)
500g Slimming World chips
Slimming World chips and Slimming World sausages are both available as part of the Slimming World food range from Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores in the UK, and from Dunnes Stores in the Republic of Ireland.
What you do:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6 and cook the sausages for 25 minutes, following the pack instructions.
2. Spray a large, deep, non-stick frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray and put it over a medium-high heat. Fry the onions for around 5 minutes until softened, then add in the cooked sausages (cut into chunks), frozen peas and 200ml gravy. Mix together in the pan and pour into a non-stick ovenproof dish.
3. Top the mixture with the frozen chips and bake for 20-25 mins or until cooked. Serve with your favourite vegetables.
