We know that when the weather turns bad, routines get disrupted – and that can make it harder to stay on track. That’s why our groups stay open all year round.
No matter what’s happening outside, you can be sure there’ll be a cosy room, a cuppa and a friendly group of people waiting to cheer you on and ensure you leave with a plan to achieve the weight loss you want in the week ahead. Our doors are always open.

Consultant Jess Wells says: “Our members often tell us that coming to our group is the highlight of their week, especially in the darker, colder months. It’s a space where they feel encouraged, uplifted and understood. And that support doesn’t stop for snowflakes.”
Many members have shared how staying connected to group through the winter months has helped them maintain motivation, feel less isolated and keep building healthy habits even when routines are interrupted.
Whatever the weather brings, we’ll be here with the heating, the lights and the kettle on – and with bags of support, motivation and expert advice to welcome members old and new.
If you can get to group safely, we’d love to see you and, if you’re unable to get childcare, you’re welcome to bring your children with you.
