If you’re a big fan of peanut butter, great news! You absolutely can enjoy it – and other nut butters – as part of the Slimming World plan.  

Slimming World members enjoy three measured Healthy Extras each day, including things like milk, cheese, wholemeal bread and wholegrain cereals, to ensure a healthy balance of calcium, fibre, vitamins and minerals. 

As part of our exciting plan changes for 2026, we introduced a new ‘healthy fats’ choice, including foods such as nuts and 100% nut butters (like peanut butter!), seeds, avocado, olives and healthy oils to support healthy cholesterol levels and overall wellbeing.
