These fresh and fruity overnight oat pots are the dream summer breakfast. Spend five minutes prepping the night before, then wake up to a sunny delight (no matter what the weather)!
Tropical overnight oats recipe

makes 1
7 Swips (deduct 7 Swips if using the oats as a Healthy Extra)
ready in 5 mins, plus overnight chilling
What you need:
40g dried porridge oats
100g fat-free natural yogurt
½ fresh mango, chopped
1 passion fruit, halved and pulp removed
What you do:
1. Put half of the oats in a lidded jar or bowl and top with half of the mango. Layer with half the yogurt, then the remaining oats and most of the remaining mango. Top with the rest of the yogurt and chill overnight.
2. Stir in the morning and top with the rest of the mango and the passion fruit pulp.
