We’re constantly blown away by the recipe ideas that our members share in Slimming World groups, so we weren’t surprised by the mouth-watering entries to our Challenge 100 recipe competition. Showing incredible culinary creativity and passion for our healthy eating plan, our members fully embraced the brief by creating 100% Food Optimised dishes that are as healthy as they are delicious.
What does Food Optimising 100% look like?
🥕 Unlimited Free Food to satisfy your appetite, with at least one-third of a plate of Speed Free Food at each meal.
🥑 Three weighed or measured Healthy Extras every day.
🍷 5-15 carefully counted (and ideally, planned in advance) daily Swips.

Slimming World Challenge 100 winners
Colin Donaldson’s Chicken burrito lasagne
Colin’s Mexican twist on an Italian classic is being made into a dish for the Slimming World food range and will be available in Iceland stores and The Food Warehouse later this year.
Liz Parker’s Spring roll in a bowl
With a few smart swaps, Liz turned a takeaway favourite into a filling dish that’s 100% Food Optimising approved! This super-easy, super-tasty recipe will be available to order – straight to your door – in a Slimming World Kitchen recipe box. Keep an eye out for it on the menu here.
