I’m a group member and I’m being asked to pay when I log in

Because you attend group and pay a weekly fee, we wouldn’t ask you to pay again to access the website or app. It sounds like something isn’t quite right with your profile and we can definitely help.

There are a few reasons why you could be getting this message: You could have been an online member in the past; you could have started to register for online membership through the app by mistake; or you could have accidentally transferred your group profile to online.
