I joined Slimming World as a member at the end of January 2015, as I was desperately unhappy with my weight. From the very first week, I was blown away by the vast array of foods that I could eat and still lose weight every week. Overall, I lost 5 stones and I have successfully maintained my weight. Food Optimising has changed my life in so many ways. I’m happier, healthier and fitter now than I have ever been and the plan fits in beautifully around my teenage children who are big into sports and healthy eating themselves. We can enjoy meals together that are all Slimming World friendly and taste great! I love my new career as a Slimming World Consultant spreading the joy of Food Optimising with my amazing inspirational members every week.
