I’m an online member and I can’t log on. Help!
We know how frustrating it is when you just can’t log on. We promise there will be a reason and we can help get you online in no time. When you’re on the sign up/log in page, check the following:
Double check that the email address you’re entering is the one you first registered with. It’s so easy to mistype a letter, and that’s all it takes. Also, if your computer auto-fills your email address, check that it’s right (this is a common problem!).
If you’ve kept your confirmation email from the day you joined Slimming World Online, it will contain your unique username and it will also show your email address. This is the easiest way for you to check if there were any typos in your email address when you first registered.
If you’re 100% sure that your email address is correct, then it might be the password. You can reset your password yourself using the ‘forgotten password’ link
And if all else fails, you can get in touch with us by using the ‘contact us’ form on the website – select the option for Online member technical help.
We understand that as an online member, the website is key to your success – so we want you to be able to log on as much as you do.
