Enjoy slices of melon, pineapple, kiwi and mixed berries with fat-free natural yogurt, 20g flaked almonds (or 16 chopped almonds) and 1 level tsp honey (1 Syn).

Enjoy with a latte made with 250ml milk from your allowance.

Baked eggs with peppers, spinach and tomato

A hearty one-pot meal with a delicious combination of flavours. Add pieces of cooked Quorn and serve with a side of lettuce, cucumber and beetroot.

Finish with a colourful fruit salad.

These egg wraps pack in all the fun and flavour of a Mexican burrito – and with no high-Syn tortillas in sight.

You don't need to send the Syns sky-high to enjoy a glass of red wine with your burritos. A 125ml glass of 12.5-13.5% vol red wine is 6 Syns.
